SABLAC Ground Rules
Please Note:
The Ground Rules will be approved and enforced by the Sergeant-at-Arms.

We are all equal.
Every person’s voice matters, regardless of their position or role. -
We are committed to respect, honesty, and truth.
We always treat one another with dignity. -
Everyone participates.
No one person should dominate the meeting. We encourage shared participation from all members. -
We listen respectfully without messaging in the chat or voicing judgments.
We respect each person and their experiences.

Raise your hand to speak.
If you do not understand something, you may ask respectfully or write your question in the chat. -
If you eat during the meeting, please turn off your camera.
This helps maintain group focus and minimizes distractions. -
Be considerate of others without interruptions.
If someone speaks out of turn, they will be muted by the Sergeant-at-Arms. -
The Sergeant-at-Arms maintains meeting order.
Discussions are managed appropriate follow-up actions will occur when needed.

Every participant, no matter their role, is expected to uphold these values.
Join Our Meetings
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM via Zoom. We look forward to seeing you there and working together to make a difference.
